Alejandro Perales

Alejandro Perales passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 50, in Roswell. New Mexico. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Alejandro’s family at www.andersonbethany.com. Alejandro was born on April 2, 1979, to Lucio and Carmen Perales in Roswell, New Mexico, whom now has met him on the other side along with other family and friends. He was a resident in Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, and Lubbock before making his way back to Roswell. He was a man of all trades he knew how to fix things and break things. He loved being around his family, especially the cookouts when there was cake involved it didn't matter to him what kind of cake it was. He loved driving fast in his mustang or his little trokita. He loved to shoot his guns, being outdoors, and watching his Bears play. Everyone loved him because he didn't take sides, he didn't sugarcoat anything if you didn't like what he had to say, he would say "oh well". He had a nickname for all of us and most of us had the same one. If we were in the same room together, he would say no to the other one and you knew who he was talking to. He was blessed to have a lot of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. If he introduced you to anyone you were referred to by “my niece” or “my little niece” or “my nephew” or “my little nephew”. He will always be remembered as the joker of the family. Everyone that knew him would get a Facebook post or video on messenger with him saying "my birthday is coming up". He had a lot of friends and he was always helping people. That's the kind of person Alex was, a loving, caring, generous man. He didn't care who you were to him or what your past was as long as you respected him, he would give you the same respect back. Alex didn't have any kids that we knew of, but he did help raise two boys like his own that he loved very much. Alex you will be missed so very much with your laughter that would light up any party to your crazy stories. Alex is survived by his brother, Jesus, and wife Maria Perales; Rumaldo Perales; Arnulfo and wife Loida Perales; Miguel Perales, and sister, Guadalupe Perales. Alex is preceded in death by his parents: Lucio and Carmen Perales; sisters: Petra and husband Jose Torres, and Ramona Perales; brother, Lucio Perales Jr; niece and nephew: Cecilia Chavarria and Dominic Chavez Alejandro’s tribute was lovingly written by his family.
