Richard Allen Crislip, 36, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024, in Roswell, NM. A Funeral Service will also be held at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home and Crematory on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 10 a.m., with Tim Arlet officiating. Richard was born May 20, 1988, to Rebecca Crislip and Richard "DOC" Dockal in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Richard attended Roswell High School where he made countless friends. Most of who were still in his life today. Growing up Richard was a daredevil. He loved loud trucks, race cars and going fast. If you told him he couldn't do something he'd say, "Watch this" and get it done! Later in life, Richard met Amanda and found out he was going to be a dad at 17. In 2005 Dakota Wayne made his grand entrance. After that, Richard became who he needed to be. From that moment that's who he was. Going forward Richard was blessed with three more beautiful babies Bailey, Abby and Carley, who pushed him to get up and bust his back for family. When he met his beautiful wife Nichole, she blessed him with four more beautiful babies, Lucus, Paul, Aliyah, and Mia; his life was complete. He was the happiest he had ever been. Even though their time together was short they loved each other with all their whole soul. He loved his family with everything. He "Loved Big". Richard put up a courageous 10-month fight against cancer. He fought like hell and gave it his all. Richard was one of the strongest men we knew. Tough as nails but loved bigger than life. He enjoyed watching the Denver Broncos, loud trucks, working, making babies, and that darn Xbox. Those left to cherish his memory are as follows: his wife, Nichole Crislip; children: Dakota (Tiona) Lucas, Bailey, Abby, Paul, Carley, Aliyah and Mia; dad, Richard "DOC" Dockal; mom, Rebecca Crislip (Rob Kurtz); father-in-law, Gabriel Carbral; mother-in-law, Geneva Linares; brothers: Billy Richardson and Chris Richardson (Dez); brothers-in-law: Mario Pietropollo and Cody Rushing; sister, Amber Irish; sister-in-law, Michelle Linares; nephews: Gage and Zander, Richardson and Jerry Conde; nieces: Becca Richardson and Leah Pietropollo; aunt, April Buggs (Savannah, Chris and Raymond); uncle, Jerry Dockal; long time close friend, DJ Kennedy; and pets: Frodo, Stacks, Tennessee, Rowdy and Willow. A very special thanks to Phantom Services out of Artesia, NM, who Richard loved to work with. In lieu of flowers a special thanks to Barringer's Blossom Shop for the beautiful arrangements.
