Albert Quintana

Albert Quintana, 91, of Roswell, NM, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019, at his home. Services: A Rosary will be recited at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, March 1, 2019, at 9:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at General Douglas L. McBride Veterans Cemetery, adjacent to South Park Cemetery. Albert was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone. He loved spending time with his family and spending time with the Lord, reading his bible, and prayer time in his own special corner. Albert loved going out to eat with his family, watching western movies and wrestling. He was a World War II Veteran. Preceded: Albert was preceded in his journey to Heaven by his father, Edward Quintana; mother, Frances Quintana; and sister, Lilly Lovato. Survivors: Albert is survived by his loving wife, Mary Josie of sixty-six years; children: Patrick J Quintana of Roswell, NM, Patricia C Villarreal and husband Joe of Las Cruces, NM, June E Serna and husband Jimmy of Roswell, NM, Dianne M Featherstone and husband Davis of Roswell, NM, Albert Quintana Jr. and wife Deborah of Las Cruces, NM; eight grandchildren: Joey L Villarreal and wife Tiana, Lori A Villareal, Jimmy D Serna Jr, Yvonne Romero and husband Mark, Nichole L. James, Angelique Quintana; fifteen great-grandchildren: Noah, Cristina, Adri, and Gabriel Valles, Cristian, Alexa and Liana Villarreal, Adam, Joseph, and Christopher Romero, Vanessa and Brock Serna and AJ, Eli, and Michelle James; siblings: John Quintana and wife Erlinda of Las Vegas, NM, Manuel Quintana of Santa Fe, NM, Gloria Gonzales of Albuquerque, NM, and Dolores Lucero and husband Salvador of Chimayo, NM. Honorary Pallbearers: Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Joseph Romero, Adam Romero, Christopher Romero, Noah A Valles, Gabriel M Valles. Pallbearers: Pallbearers will be Albert Quintana Jr, Joe L Villarreal, Jimmy Serna Sr, Davis Featherstone, Jimmy Serna Jr, and Joey Villarreal.
