Alvin Sedillo

Alvin Sedillo, 27, passed away on January 11, 2025, in Roswell, New Mexico. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Alvin’s family at www.andersonbethany.com. There will be a visitation at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Following the memorial service, Kaytlyn invites everyone to follow her to Lake Van to release memorial lanterns in Alvin’s honor. Alvin was born on March 17, 1997, to Raul “Rudy” and Margarita Sedillo in Roswell, New Mexico. He married Kaytlyn on November 22, 2022, in Roswell, New Mexico, where they lived and shared a beautiful life with their children. Alvin worked as a manager for Allsup’s Convenience Store, and many spoke of his smile and kind greeting each time they saw him there. Alvin was the life of the party, no matter what he was doing, he was always having fun and smiling, even if he was just dancing alone in the driveway. Alvin enjoyed spending his time working on his truck, going fishing, drinking with his friends and family, watching baseball and the Steelers play, and he loved being out at the fields playing softball for the men’s and co-ed leagues. These are some of the things that made Alvin the happiest. Alvin was a loving, friendly, and outgoing person who just wanted to see everyone smile and have a good time. Those left to treasure and cherish memories of Alvin eternally are his wife Kaytlyn Sedillo; his children Avyanna Sedillo, Zamari Sedillo, Maddux Hildalgo, Marianna Hildalgo, and Baby Sedillo on the way; his mother, Margarita Sedillo; siblings, Imelda Natividad Villa and Cruz Garcia, Rick and Rachel Peralta, Felicia Peterson, Rudy Sedillo, Rina Sedillo, Roderick Sedillo, and Jorge Villa; grandparents, Thomas and Eva Gomez; aunts and uncles, Chris Duran and Kathy Carter, Lidia and Mundo Garcia, Sally McCarter, and Esteban Villa, and Tomas and Amanda Gomez; numerous nieces and nephews; and his dog Hulk, who he loved very much. Alvin is preceded in death by his father, Raul “Rudy” Sedillo; grandparents, Carlos H and Felicita Sedillo; his sister-in-law, Vanessa Garcia; and nephews, Kevin Sedillo and Johnny Peralta.
