Anna Valderaz

A rosary will be recited for Anna Marie Delgado Valderaz, 41, of Roswell at 7:00 pm Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011 at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Charlie Martinez officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Anna passed away Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011 at her home surrounded by the love of her family. Anna was born January 19, 1970 to Albert and Alyce Delgado in Roswell, NM. She was a lifetime resident of Roswell, a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and a Teacher at Roswell Head Start. Anna was a wonderful woman who cared for all, would open her home to anyone in need was an inspiration to her husband, touched the hearts of all that knew her and an Angel walking here on earth. She is survived by her husband, Raul Valderaz of the home, her mother, Alyce Delgado , her father, Albert Delgado Sr., her step-mother, Lupe Delgado, her brother, Albert A. Delgado, her sister, Angelina Delgado, her son, Cruz Herrera and significant other, Francine Orona, Jaclyn Herrera, Analycia Herrera and significant other, Orlando Alfaro, Andrew Herrera, her step-sons, Bradley and John Anthony Valderaz, her step-daughter, Nikita N. Valderaz, her mother in-law, Lupe Valderaz, her brother in-laws, David and Steven Valderaz, her sister in-laws, Dolores Borunda, Norma Hernandez and Yvonne Marquez, uncles, Pete Dominguez, Jerry Dominguez, Juan Dominguez and Isias Delgado, her aunts, Rita Dominguez, Angie Fuentes, Elsie and Jane Ornelas. She was preceded in death by her brother, Adrain Delgado, her maternal grandparents, Seferino and Julia Dominguez, her paternal grandparents, Albert and Manuela Delgado, her aunts, Ramona Pacheco and Trini Martinez, her uncles, Alvino Dominguez and Jerry Dominguez, her father in-law, Antonio Valderaz and brother in-law, Tony Valderaz. Pallbearers will be Mingo and Rey Alonso, David, Bradley, and Anthony Valderaz and Juan Najera. Honorary Pallbearers will be Miguel Alonso, Eddie Pacheco, Lorenzo Cobos, Lori Lopez and Rosemary Mendoza.
