Obituary for Fidencio H. Ramirez Funeral services for Fidencio Haro Ramirez, 77, of Dexter will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 2, 2007, at Church on the Move, 901 West Brasher with Pastor Ruben Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Fidencio passed away at his home on Friday, December 29, 2006. Visitation for Fidencio will be held at Church on the Move Tuesday from 11:30 to 12:30 before the service. Fidencio was born July 10, 1929 to Manuel Ramirez and Cruz Haro in San Pedro Coahuila, Mexico. He and Lupe Medrano were married on July 7, 1959 in Dexter; she survives him at the family home. Fidencio owned Fidencio Ramirez and Son’s Trucking business before his retirement. He loved to work on his trucks and was the best mechanic and welder. Fidencio loved to spend time with his grandchildren, sons and son –in-law. In addition to his wife, Lupe, Fidencio is survived by three daughters, Lupita Everett, Isela Eldred and husband Mark, Nena Regalado and husband Richard; four sons, Manuel Ramirez and wife Terry; Fidencio Ramirez Jr. and wife Irma; David Ramirez and wife Socorro; Javier Ramirez and wife Tandi; three brothers-in law, Alejandro Medrano; Manuel Medrano and wife Olga; Ricardo Medrano and wife Gloria; one sister-in-law, Ernestina Salazar and husband Rogelio and 19 grandchildren; Christopher and wife Kentrena, Crissy, Craig, Angela, Manuel Jr., Michael, Gabriel and wife Amanda, Mario, Veronica, Steven, Justin, Anthony, David Jr., Sergio, Nicholas, Nicole, Stephen, Nayeli, special grandchild Shalee and several nieces and nephews from New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. Fidencio was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Ramirez; his parents, Manuel and Cruz Ramirez; three brothers, five sisters and four grandchildren, Lucas, Isaih, Fernando and Leonardo. Pallbearers will be Gabriel Regalado, Manuel Ramirez Jr., Steven Ramirez, Christopher Everett, Mario Regalado, Michael Ramirez, Justin Ramirez, Craig Everett and Anthony Ramirez. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Regalado, Rumaldo Jr., Albert, Alex, and Fermin Sigala. The family would like to thank those who kept Fidencio in their prayers and those that wrote wonderful letters of encouragement.
