Gilbert " Fluco " Gonzales

Gilbert Blaise “Fluco” Gonzales, 59, passed way February 6, 2016. He was born October 30, 1956, to Maurice and Della Gonzales in Roswell, NM. Gilbert was a Marine Corp Veteran, Fluco served as a Corporal, E-4 from 1964-1970. Fluco was an amazing Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Uncle who was always there for others in need. He was a glass expert for 30 years in San Antonio, Texas and Roswell, New Mexico he was a great inventor. Fluco was good at everything he did. He was a good guitar player and singer. Preceding Fluco in death are his parents, Maurice and Della Gonzales; sister, Rachael Gonzales Zamora; and brothers: Mike, Raymond, Charlie, Alex, Dave and Ernest Gonzales. Those left to carry on Fluco’s heritage are daughters: Rachael Franco and husband, Jesse Franco, Amber Marie Gonzales Herrera; three grandchildren: Jesse, Jeremiah, and Faith Franco; brothers: Paul Gonzales, Richard Gonzales, and Tony Gonzales. The family would like to say a special thank you to Stephanie, Felicita , Santianna and Damian Gonzales and Mario Vigil for taking such good care of Fluco. A Rosary will be recited Thursday, February 18, 2016, 10:00 AM at St John's Catholic Church. Followed by the Mass at 11:00 AM. Anderson Bethany Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to be chosen to serve the Gonzales family in their time of need. My Last words I always wondered what I would do if I ever lost both of you. I still remember when I lost my dad it hurt so bad and really left me sad. Dad taught me right from wrong and gave his love and now he watches from up above. I miss you dad your son with love. It’s been years God took my father and broke my heart when he came back for mother. I often visit the place they lay and knew it wasn’t where they would stay because God is good and God is love and knew he would take them up above. Well now I’m old and now I see that someday soon God would come for me. I only hope I go sin free. So when my name is finally called don’t feel so sad and cry for me because they’re two Angels who wait for me. There is one more thing I have to say before they put me down to lay. I love you Rachael and Amber to that I’ll be waiting and be watching you.May God Bless us all your loving Dad.
