In Loving Memory Isaiah Elijah Nathaniel Gonzales September 28, 2001 – February 2, 2026 Obituary Isaiah Elijah Nathaniel Gonzales, age 24, was welcomed home on February 2, 2026. He was born on September 28, 2001, in Roswell, New Mexico, to Cisco and Angela Gonzales. A Memorial Service will be held at Church on the Move on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Isaiah was preceded in death by his mother, Angela Gonzales; his grandfather, Ronnie Gonzales; and his great grandmother, Cecilia Garcia. He is survived by his beloved 4 year old daughter, Alayah Gonzales, who was the light of his life. He is also survived by his father, Cisco Gonzales; his grandmothers Darlene Gonzales and Mary Licon; his sisters Uriah Mares, Kyla Gonzales, and Juanita Aguilar; and his three nephews, Gino Peña III, Eli Peña, and Sylis Hudson. Isaiah is also survived by his aunt Melanie Licon, his uncles Adrian Gonzales and Sammy Guerrero, his cousin Anthony Molina, who was like a brother to him, and his girlfriend Yazmine Archuleta, who will miss him dearly. He leaves behind numerous cousins who loved him deeply. He is also survived by Magdalena Armendariz Armijo, who was like a second mother to him and held a special place in his heart. Isaiah will be remembered for his contagious laughter, his constant jokes, and the funny noises and voices that could brighten any room. He enjoyed playing video games and had a natural gift for making people laugh. He was bold in his faith and showed heart in everything he did. He was passionate about reaching people for Jesus Christ, sharing his faith boldly and lovingly everywhere he went. Isaiah made an impact on the lives of people wherever he found himself — through his humor, his compassion, and his desire to point others toward hope. He was an inspiration to all his family, and he loved them very much. Isaiah would want us to remember the joy he brought into our lives and to celebrate his love for Jesus Christ and his family. Because of his passion for helping people give their lives to Jesus, he would want everyone who hears his story to know that Jesus Christ died to save all of us. His hope would be that even through his passing, as many people as possible would come to know our Savior and the One True Living God. In his honor, let us be a light to everyone we meet and remind them that God loves everyone, and it is His desire that all come to know Him through His Son, Jesus Christ, who paid the ultimate price so that we can be set free and have eternal life.
