Jerold Tomas Mandonado Jr, 25, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 3, 2022, in Roswell, New, Mexico. The viewing will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with James Tucker officiating at 2:00 PM. Jerold was born in Los Alamos New Mexico on January 22, 1997, to Jerold Mandonado Sr and Rosalie Schulte. Jerold was a joy to be around. He was so shy and quiet, but once he was comfortable, oh my goodness, he could make you laugh like no tomorrow. We can’t forget his smile, the kind of smile that was just so darn contagious. Jerold was a fearless person and so persistent in the things he wanted and set his mind to. Jerold was an amazing cook, next best to his grandma Delia Schulte. He absolutely loved the outdoors!! From fishing with his big brother to hunting elk with his dad and stepbrother and shed hunting with friends. He loved going for drives while listening to music, just as if he was the one driving and choosing the next song. He loved football his team was the Denver Broncos; he was for sure a die-hard Bronco fan. Jerold is already so greatly missed by his family and friends. Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Jerold Tomas Mandonado Jr. are his girlfriend, Aliyah Bachicha; daughter, Neveah Mcmanaway; parents, Jerold Mandonado Sr. and Rosalie Schulte; stepparents: Javier Garza and Celina Mandonado; grandparents: Delia Schulte, Richard Mandonado and Vivian Mondragon; brothers Dominic Schulte (Lennette Schulte), Kevin Montoya and Christopher Mandonado; sisters: Nyahsia Mandonado (Benjamin Tapia) and Katrina Montoya. Nieces Jayden, Victoria, Arianna, Erica, Ari, and Valentina; nephews: Benjamin, Joshua, Anthony, Dominic JR, and Adrian; along with many cousins, aunts, and uncles. Jerold is preceded in death by his great-grandparents: Ralph and Elisa Mondragon; grandfather, Ronald Schulte Sr; big sister, Kimberly Montoya; aunt, Deborah Manz; and cousin, Joshua Castellon. The family of Jerold Tomas Mandonado wants to thank Mr. and Mrs. Tucker from Grace Community Church, celebrate recovery for coming out and speaking. Also, a big “Thank You” to all the family and friends who helped throughout this difficult time. Jerold’s tribute was written in his honor by his loving siblings.
