John "Archie" G. Archuleta

Memorial Services for John "Archie" G. Archuleta, age 59, of Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019, are scheduled for 1:00 PM, on Monday, February 25, 2019, at New Mexico Military Institute Chapel. Deacon Chris Gutierrez will be the officiant. Archie was born in Roswell, New Mexico, on August 29, 1959, to John and Christine Archuleta. Archie worked for both New Mexico Rehabilitation Center and La Comida Restaurant as a chef. He enjoyed watching the Cowboys play football, playing golf, and spending time with his friends. Archie's favorite place to be was with his mom and attending family functions. Survivors: Archie is survived by his son, James Archuleta; daughter, Michelle Archuleta both of Roswell; grandchildren: Isaac, Anthony, Emma, Nehemiah, Amoriah, Lovella, Elisa, and John Vincent. He also leaves behind his parents, John and Christine Archuleta of Roswell; sisters Angie and husband Linden Fulkerson of Roswell, Andrea and husband Edward Williams of Las Cruces, NM, and Laurie and husband Kameron Dudek of Roswell, NM. Also, in addition he had many numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will be missed by close friend, Rosa Garza, of Roswell, NM. and all that knew and loved him. Preceded: Archie’s maternal grandmothers, Elizabeth and Semona Baiza, preceded him in death, along with his paternal grandparents, George and Aurora Archuleta. Honorary Pallbearers: Chosen to serve as Honorary Pallbearers are Linden Fulkerson, JR Williams, Kameron Dudek, and Ray Lujan. A reception will follow immediately at the home of Kameron and Laurie Dudek. Archie’s tribute was written in his honor by his family. “I'm Still With You Please don't grieve now that I have left your side There is a peaceful place where I now reside. My life on earth is gone it's true But always know that I'm still with you. The joys I have, the love-filled days, The happy moments, and many countless ways.
