Juanita Ochoa, 50, passed away peacefully, after a long battle with cancer, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Viewing will take place at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Saturday, July 28, 2018, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday, July 29, 2018, 1:00 – 5:00 PM. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 30, 2018, followed by a Funeral Service at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. On June 2, 1968, an angel was born to Perfecto & Casimira Marquez in Morton, TX. She was adopted right after by her beloved late father, Rafael Orosco and mother, Flora Navarrette. Juanita lived in Pinon, NM, throughout her childhood and adolescence. As an adult, she moved back to Morton, TX, to spend time with her family. Juanita was blessed with two wonderful kids, Bobbie and Junior, whom she adored very much. She was a hardworking mother who always put her kids needs first. Juanita married (su vida) Mario Ochoa on June 3, 2017, in Las Vegas, NV. Juanita truly lived life to the fullest with simple pleasures: playing cards, dancing, chatting with friends and family, and spending time with grandkids, Gio and Ami. One of a kind, Juanita, was a beloved mother, wife, cousin, aunt, sister, grandmother and great friend. She was a blessing and had a great impact on many lives. Preceding Juanita in death are her parents: Rafael Orosco and Flora Navarrette of Pinon, NM; Perfecto and Casimira Marquez of Morton, TX; siblings: Larry Marquez, Tony Marquez, both of Morton, TX. Surviving to cherish the memory of Juanita are her husband, Mario Ochoa of Roswell, NM; children: Leanna “Bobbie” Romero, Hector “Junior” Palma, both of Roswell, NM; grandchildren: Giovanni Ortiz, Emalee Romero, both of Roswell, NM; siblings: Trine Marquez of Morton, TX, Addy Almanza of Tomball, TX, Ortencia Redhouse of North Platte, NE, Vick Marquez of Morton, TX, Nick Marquez of Pearland, TX, Adam Orosco of El Paso, TX, Elidia Hernandez of Morton, TX; nieces and nephews: Adam Orosco of Roswell, NM, Veronica Orosco of Roswell, NM, Elizabeth Lopez of El Paso, TX, Veronica Acosta of El Paso, TX; cousin, Pricilla Aragon of Roswell, NM, and beloved pet, Tyson.
