Louise Trujillo

Friends and family are mourning the loss of Loyola Louise “Olie” Trujillo, 56, who passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Loveless Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. She was surrounded by loving family and her precious daughter as she departed this world to embark on her heavenly journey. Olie was born .on July 1, 1956 in Clayton, NM to Rubel and Maria Trujillo who preceded her in death. She is also pre-deceased by siblings Rudy Trujillo, Joe “Tacho” Trujillo, Felix Trujillo, and Lee Roy Trujillo. Olie is survived by her only child Maria Rubella Trujillo . Her surviving siblings are Beatrice Mireles and her husband Benny of Douglas, WY, Joe Trujillo and his wife Mary of Lovington, NM, Tony Trujillo and his wife Flora of Las Cruces, NM, Helen Hidalgo ,Hazel Trujillo , Ruby Gonzales , Kathleen Trujillo all of Roswell, NM, and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Olie was a wonderful mother, friend, sister, and cook.She would prepare special favored dishes for all her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She shied away from the camera, but when she was caught, her smile was beautiful and genuine. She loved to take care of her nieces and nephews and the great –nieces and nephews. They all love their Aunt Olie dearly and enjoyed the time they spent with her. Olie took great pleasure in having a good time with cherished family and friends. A rosary will be held for her Sunday, June 12, 2011at 7:00 P.M. at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. She will be cremated as per her wishes. She will be greatly missed and her memory will be treasured always as we keep her in our hearts. Friends and family will be received at the home of her niece and nephew Lamaar and Chrissy Singleton located at 1104 West Bonita Dr. God Saw You Getting Tired God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be. So He wrapped his arms around you, and whispered, "come to me." You didn't deserve what you went through, So He gave you rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only takes the best And when I saw you sleeping, So peaceful and free from pain I could not wish you back To suffer that again. Auntie Olie, When God called you into his kingdom, tears fell from our eyes, we hurt knowing we have to say our goodbyes. Parting from you is such a sorrow, this shows we are not promised a tomorrow, but we know where you are is not very far. With pain in our hearts, its hard to see, but indeed, in heaven is where you’re meant to be. A little prayer, a little thought, we will surely miss you a lot.
