Mary Glen Reeves, 81, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in Roswell, NM. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Mary Reeves family at www.andersonbethany.com. There will be a visitation at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home on Monday, February 23 from 5:00p.m.-7:00 p.m. A Funeral service will be held at Church on the Move on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Shawn Kelly officiating. Interment will follow at McBride Veteran Cemetery. On April 28, 1944, Mary Glen McQuirk was born to Joe and Margie McQuirk in Santa Rosa, California. She attended St. Peters Catholic School and graduated from Roswell High School. She married Michael Reeves on July 28, 1962 at St. Peters Church in Roswell, NM. She was a member of Church on the Move where she served and worshipped for almost 30 years. Prior to retirement, she worked at Sun Bank, and was a counselor at Roswell Girls Club and People Care. She also volunteered as a counselor at the Pregnancy Resource Center of Chaves County. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her kids, grands, and greats, playing highly competitive games or baking cookies. She loved cheering on her sons and grandkids at both Roswell High School and Gateway Christian School. She loved reading the Roswell Daily Record on Sundays until they stopped printing on this day, which was a great source of contention in the household. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Michael Reeves. She is also survived by her sons, James Reeves (Lori) of Houston Texas, Clark Reeves (Lisa) of Tucson Arizona, Sean Reeves (Erica) of Roswell NM, and Lisa Reeves of Roswell, NM. She is also survived by her grandchildren Derek Reeves (Dana), Mikey Reeves (Brandy), Serena Carrillo (Chris), Sarah Reeves, Khrissy Reeves, Daniel Amador, Kiara Reeves, Justin Winkler (Emily), Michael Reeves III, Kayli Zavala (Emilio), Jordan Reeves, and Exzavier Mugnaini; as well as 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Kyme Groller (Randy), David Kuper (Tina), Kevin Kuper (Jennifer), Joe McQuirk (Tonya), and Heather Reyes (Ron). She is proceeded in death by her parents, her baby boy Michael Reeves Jr. and her daughter in law Della Reeves as well as her sisters Barbara Kuper, Christe Sutherland and her brother Mike McQuirk. The family would like to give a special thanks to Pastor Troy Smothermon and all the pastors and staff at Church on the Move, and all the staff of Gentiva Hospice for their loving care.
