Pedro Burrola

A rosary will be recited for Pedro Burrola Jr., 43, of Roswell at 7 pm Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass will be celebrated for Pedro at 2 pm Friday, May 8, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Juan Antonio officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Pedro was born July 10, 1965 in El Paso, TX to Pedro Burrola Sr. and Maria I. Ramirez. He was a loving father, great son and brother. He loved horses, rodeos and horseracing. Pedro was a very kind hearted person who loved to joke around and play with his nephews. He was always happy and full of life. Pedro loved all of his family very much but especially his Mother and was known to many as “Mama’s Boy”. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family that loved him very much. He is survived by his mother; Maria I. Burrola of Roswell, one son; Brian Burrola of Anthony, NM, one daughter; Denise Burrola of Anthony, one granddaughter; Amairany Alejandre of Anthony, three sisters; Cristina Muniz and her husband Juan Muniz of Lake Arthur, Araceli Flores and her husband Andres of Dexter, Silvia Acosta and her husband Jesus of Dexter, three brothers; Juan Burrola and his wife Esther of Roswell, Joel Burrola and his wife Maria of Dexter, Victor Burrola of Roswell, nine nephews; Jesus Manuel Burrola, Juan Manuel Muniz, Jose Luis Muniz, Abraham Burrola, Joel Jose Burrola, Joel Burrola Jr., Jesus Alfredo Acosta, Tomas Flores, Miangel Burrola, nine nieces; Brenda Muniz, Juanita Isabel Burrola Beatriz Muniz, Elysette Flores, Anabel Flores, Maria De Jesus Acosta, Paula Acosta, Lupita Burrola and Berencie Acosta. Pedro was preceded in death by his father; Pedro Burrola Sr., his grandparents; Octaviano Ramirez, Juanita Hernandez, Natividad Burrola and Beatriz Minjares. Pallbearers will be Joel Burrola, Juan Burrola, Brian Burrola, Jesus M. Burrola, Juan M. Muniz Jr., Enrique Jurado and Jose Luis Muniz. Honorary Pallbearers will be Leonardo Ramirez, Octavio Reyna, Juan Muniz Sr., Jesus Acosta, Andres Flores, Victor and Pedro A. Burrola, Alberto Arvallo.
