Ronald “Ronnie” Candito Chavez, 23, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, in Albuquerque, NM. Please take a moment and share a kind thought or memory with Ronald’s family at www.andersonbethany.com. Ronnie was born on February 16, 2001, to Ilene R. Montes and Ronald E. Chavez in Clovis, NM. Ronnie was a guy full of life, he never met a stranger even when he was going through his own storm. Ronnie loved his family even when he wasn’t around them and would pick up with them like he was never gone. He will be remembered for his goofiness, his big full laugh, and his love for riding horses. Ronnie will be missed by his family and friends, but we will be comforted that he is now resting in peace with his mom and dad that he missed so much, and us knowing he will no longer have any more earthly struggles. Ronnie is survived by his grandmother, Josie Herrera; uncles: Teddy & Tommy Chavez; aunts: Nancy, Tammy (Teddy) and Lois; uncle, Richard and aunt Lisa Sanchez; aunt, Rachel Montes-Valenzuela (Javier); uncle, Ben Montes (Sally) and uncle, Adam Parra (David); sister, Lyndsey Montoya (Robert); brother, James Sanchez (Lana); sister, Audreana Sanchez (Gonzalo); sister, Angelica Sanchez; sister, Bella Chavez-Sanchez; cousins he was very close to a lot of them; and all of his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents Ilene Montes and Ronald Chavez; and grandparents: Ted and Edna Chavez; and aunt, Lois.
