No more pain, no more tears.” Yolanda Gonzales A Rosary for Yolanda will be recited followed by a Mass, 10am, Saturday, February 18, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Juan Gutierrez OFM officiating. The family will be accepting family and friends at 307 East McCune after the Mass. Yolanda Gonzales, 61, of Roswell went to meet the Lord on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at her home. She was born Yolanda Dorothy Page on January 7, 1951 in Roswell to parents Gilbert and Cruz. Yolanda worked in her home caring for children. She was a loving mother to many and had a caring heart. If anyone needed anything, Yolanda was there to help them out with what they needed. Being reunited in their heavenly home is late husband, George Gonzales, father, Gilbert Romero Sr., granddaughter, Zena Gonzales, and goddaughter, Elizabeth Lucero. Those left to cherish her memory are children, Joe Manuel Valdez, Veronica Barnel, Benny Valdez, George Gonzales III (Christy), Cruz Graves (Kalven), Petra Gonzales, Georgina Gonzales, and Raymond Gonzales; mother, Cruz Samario; her partner, Manuel Valdez; sisters, Connie Page, Patricia Page (Gerardo Ceballos), Ruby Anchondo (Andrew), and Rose Ann Sedillo (Orlando); brothers, Ernie Page (Billie), Curtis Page (Lucille), Roy Page (Kathy), Andrew Page (Donna), Gilbert Romero (April), Leroy Page, Billy Page, and Larry Page; grandchildren, Christopher, Greg, Richard, Dominic, George IV, Nicholas, Jacob, Kyle G., Corbin, Megan, Crystel, and Page; and godchildren, Rena Salcido and Andrew Page Sr. Special thanks to Vista Care Hospice for coming in and making Mom comfortable in her last days with us and Consumer Direct. “Our Sister the Princess” If life was a garden, and we could walk through it now, we would pick you as our special flower because you are one of a kind.
