Robert Bundy

A Rosary will be recited for Robert Bundy of Hagerman, Wednesday, September 28, 2011, 7pm at St. Catherine’s Church in Hagerman. A Mass will be held Thursday, September 29, 2011, 1pm at St. Catherine’s Church in Hagerman. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, 5pm before the Rosary at St. Catherine’s in Hagerman. Robert Bundy, 50, of Hagerman passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011 at Artesia General Hospital in Artesia. Robert was born January 17, 1961 in Indio, California to Thomas and Barbara Young Bundy. He was a member of the New Mexico National Guard. He worked as a volunteer fireman & EMT for the Hagerman Fire Department. He attended church at St. Catherine’s Church in Hagerman where lived for 30 years. Those left to cherish Robert’s memory are mother, Barbra Curl, son, Richard Bundy, daughter, Adelaida Urias & husband Michael, son, Robert Bundy Jr., daughter, Valentine Diaz & husband Valdemar, and daughter, Jessica Bundy. His grandchildren, Aaliyah, Sabastian, Elijah, Ezequiel and Mathew Garcia, Michael Urias Jr., Champayne, Valdemar Jr., Zayvah, Makaylah and Valentin Diaz, Kianna Bundy, Kameron Barreras, and Heather Kniepkamp, great grandaugher, Alexya VanCleve. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Bundy. Serving as pallbearers are Robert Bundy, Michael Urias Sr., Valdemar Diaz Sr., Benigno Carrillo, Bernie Olivas, Senida Olivas, and David Sandoval. Honorary pallbearers are Kameron Barreras, Valdemar Diaz Jr., Valentin Diaz, Sebastian Garcia, Elijah Garcia, Michael Urias Jr., Ezequiel Garcia, and Matthew Garcia.
