Regarding the flowers: They were beautiful although quite a bit smaller than what was pictured.
My main complaint is that after placing my online order, my credit card was hacked. Two charges were made to my card which I did not make. Fortunately I have Fraud Alert so my bank caught them and cancelled my card. No monetary loss but a huge hassle. I hope you can resolve this so future customers aren't affected.

From pictures we saw from family members, the Basket of Memories was a beautiful arrangement. And the ease of ordering through the funeral home was nice. But the service fee was not mentioned at any time until the final checkout. And the size of the fee seemed large, about 20%. That should be mentioned in the pricing. I don't know whether the fee is fixed or based on cost, but it seemed larger than it should be. And there was no explanation of what it was for.

It's hard to order flowers on-line but time was short and this seemed the best solution. I was so surprised and extremely pleased with the arrangement, the choice and freshness of flowers in the arrangement and how colorful it was. The size was as described. Basket of Memories was sent 3 hours away to honor a relative I barely knew, and because I could not attend the services due to caring for elderly mom. A friend said that the Flowers were gorgeous. The deceased's brother said I really didn't have to do that but thank you so much.

I was greatly disappointed with the service provided for this occasion. The arrangement did not arrive on time before the visitation hours, it was lopsided, and the ribbon was not neat. Very disapponted !
