I placed this order for my friends funeral. When I was showed the total it had an add a memorial tree and showed how much that would cost. I didn’t click the button,I just went to the next step where my payment was processed. I.thought I was paying 125 dollars and tax and that was it.
When I got my actual invoice the tree was on there and an almost 30 dollar processing fee? I was not informed that was a charge!?!? I had not idea the tree would be in the bill. Don’t you have to inform people of expensive fees like that? I would never have ordered anything with you. I’ve ordered things for funerals before this has never happened. Then when I got to the wake the flowers were beautiful but the floral arrangements was TINY!
I placed this order for my friends funeral. When I was showed the total it had an add a memorial tree and showed how much that would cost husband and I paid 180 dollars for almost nothing. We feel very ripped off. I will make sure to never use your services again.

I did not see the arrangement in person but was told it was Beautiful and Lovely. I was most pleased that it was delivered well ahead of time. As I could not attend the service and my flowers for a prior funeral were not delivered by a different florist , I did call to ensure the arrangement had been delivered. The experience on the phone was very pleasant. I am very pleased with the quality of the arrangement, the ease of ordering, prompt delivery, and pleasant phone interaction. This bouquet restored my faith in the entire industry.

Not sure why the difference but when you are trying to honor a loved one it

I will have to rate You a 3 diamond as far as recommending You. I give the store team a 4 diamond. I was not satisfied with the size of the bouquet for a premium. I have purchased other premium flowers that were much bigger. I would hate to see what the small would have looked like. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I have not seen the arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home; however, I was disappointed the florist did not have the angel in stock that sits in the middle of the arrangement. They substituted a cross which was okay but I really wanted the angel for my cousins to take home with them in remembrance of their daughter.

I understand from the recipient that the bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The only little 'glitch' I experienced was that I did not receive notification that the order had been delivered until after two calls to check on status and did not get notified until late the morning after the scheduled delivery date. I actually heard from the recipient before I received confirmation that my order was delivered. I've ordered from the Sympathy Store before and I would definitely recommend to others. I ordered Beautiful Heart Bouquet for my sister's funeral and to say the least it was anything but beautiful. Her favorite color is purple and there was not one purple flower in it, the big purple shoots that are on each side of the angle were practically bare with only a few small pink flowers that loomed wilted as some of the other flowers did as well. I was shocked that they would even deliver such a mess, even alot of others at the Funeral Home said commented how bad they looked, so how do you suppose I felt. I called the Sympathy Store and sent them a picture of the ones that were delivered and was told they were up done to the best they could be and only refunded me $19.95 for the delivery charges. I should have been contacted if they couldn't do it according to the photo they advertised. So,so so disappointed.

I chose this one because it had an angel figure they could keep after the flowers were gone.FYI, though, angels in the Bible were male, not female. If this were the item that was sent it would have been fine but in fact what was sent were odds and ends of what looked like left over flowers and it did not contain the Madonna but a heart - the flowers wilted by the second day and it was embarrassing for us the senders. I would not recommend this florist and of using your facility.
