When I saw the bouquet that had been delivered, I could not have been more pleased. It was so beautiful. Other people at the service were taking pictures of it. So many of the people there said it was so perfect, and it was such a perfect representation of my late aunt. I was very happy with it. I was surprised that it wasn't at the church, but the funeral director explained that the particular church didn't want the flowers delivered to the church, and it had been delivered to my uncle's home, as had many others. This one was a real standout among the group. It totally exceeded my expectations.

This flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Even though I knew the measurements it still looked better and bigger in person. Just beautiful! Also being able to purchase it here made things so much easier at such a difficult time. I highly recommend using The Sympathy Store if you need to purchase flowers/plants for a funeral.

Having not been able to attend the funeral, I was sent a picture of the flowers. They weren't as full as I had hoped but were quite lovely. I contacted the Sympathy Store Team and after seeing the photo they agreed that the arrangement could have been fuller and offered me a discount. I do feel that I did not receive what I ordered. Also, be aware that they are going to add a $20 fee just to set it in place. A little high in my opinion.

I was pleased with the delivery time and I was pleased with the freshness of the flowers. However I did ask for it to be done in masculine colors and the only change that was made was from pink and red to White and red. I didn't feel this change was very masculine I would have chosen the standing red and white arrangement if those were the colors I wanted. The staff however were remarkable, patient and definitely most helpful. Theressa in particular was wonderful!

Much smaller and shorter than picture indicates. The gladiola were not opened so it appeared there were just "green stalks" as a focal point. Delivery was delayed. Basket was dark brown (not white as shown) and not appropriate for a lady's funeral. I would not use the on-line ordering for sympathy flowers again. The funeral home should no longer use this supplier!

Honestly, I was embarrassed that my families arrangement was so lacking. I requested an Uncle Ribbon, all of my siblings that used a different florist, had Uncle Ribbons. I had even called directly, to have that included and was told my original selection was too small for the ribbon, gladly I paid more for a bigger arrangement and then there was still no ribbon:( The flowers did not look like the picture your showing. It was severely mismatched and stood out as such. There were white gladiolas that were sticking out like a sore thumb on the top of the arrangement with no coordinating white flowers anywhere else? It was actually ugly. Thank God, the family knows how we loved and respected him Even the message was messed up? KUDOS TO THE FUNERAL PARLOR. What an incredible service they provided. We were so happy that our uncle and family was so respected and cared for. All extended family was impressed with this funeral home and grateful that our family was so cared for

Wasn't sure what I'd get for the price, but was very impressed with size, freshness and detail on this bouquet. The only issue was the Glads weren't the pink shade in the online photo, but more along the color of the carnations, so the contrasting color wasn't as vivid. I know sometimes availability is always an issue, so I can understand the deviation. I'm thankful the delivery was on time and would highly recommend this service in the future. Thx! Mike

Since this Bouquet is for a man I suggest that white flowers are more appropriate than the pink ones show in the picture.
